The scent story
The Hedonist Extrait opens with grapefruit, bergamot and ginger, giving its woody composition an energetic introduction. Lychee adds a juicy fruity facet, while cedarwood and akigalawood bring the heart into sharper focus. Freshness and texture shape its character from the start.
Patchouli, vetiver and amber woods deepen the base, with tonka bean adding a rounded warmth. This interpretation gives the original a fuller, more substantial setting, appealing to someone who enjoys bright citrus and fruit carried by a richly detailed woody foundation.
