Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping and Delivery:
After dispatch, Courier Guy or Aramex delivery generally takes 1–7 business days depending on the delivery location and distance from Johannesburg. Outlying areas may take longer. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Fulfillment and Tracking:
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update as it becomes available after the courier collects your order. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and obtain estimated delivery dates.
