Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of the Bloom & Belle Fragrances online store and purchases made through it. They must be read together with our Returns & Refunds, Shipping and Privacy information. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

Products and product format

We aim to describe products accurately. Fragrance decant variants are transferred from original fragrance bottles into Bloom & Belle atomisers. Bottle imagery may be used to identify a fragrance and does not mean that the original retail bottle is supplied. Only a variant explicitly labelled Original Bottle is supplied as the original retail bottle. Diffuser oils described as inspired by fragrances do not contain the original perfume unless expressly stated otherwise.

Availability and pricing

Products and variants are subject to availability. The price displayed for the selected variant at the time an order is placed is the applicable product price, subject to correction of an obvious error as permitted by law. Delivery charges and other applicable costs are shown during the ordering process.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for stock errors, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or an inability to deliver, subject to applicable consumer law. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery estimates and courier information are set out in our Shipping information. Delivery times may be affected by the destination, courier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, cancellations and defective goods

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds information and applicable South African consumer law. Statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods are not excluded by these terms.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with store operation or use the store for unlawful activity. Bloom & Belle store content, branding, copy and original creative material may not be commercially reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Personal information

Personal information submitted through the store is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom & Belle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or was caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. This does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that may not lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain in force.
