The scent story
Decision begins with a clear, invigorating contrast: bergamot and peppery spice against the cool, resinous character of frankincense. Juniper and myrrh carry that brightness through the heart, giving the fragrance an aromatic, almost mineral quality rather than a simple citrus freshness.
Cedarwood gradually becomes more prominent, while patchouli adds depth beneath it. Vanilla brings warmth to the finish and softens the transition from the bright opening. Inspired by the clarity of making a decision, Amouage’s composition moves from sparkling tension towards a steadier, warmer woody base.
