Refund policy

Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that most of our products sold are decants from the original bottle, stated in the product description.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase. Kindly note that a standard delivery and collection fee (10% handling fee) will be charged to collect your order and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

To start a return, you can contact us at bloombellefragrances@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Waterfall, Midrand. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions at bloombellefragrances@gmail.com. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including customized products, gift cards and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
Cancelled orders as requested by the customer, will be refunded after a deduction of a 15% charge for administration costs.
